Booking Details
Secure your transportation by reserving through our online platform or via email at info.luxurytransferservices@gmail.com.A confirmation email will be sent for all bookings made. Please note that reservations become valid upon receipt of a prepayment. Failure to provide a prepayment renders the reservation invalid. Sedan and minivan bookings made at least 48 hours in advance for Amsterdam or AMS Schiphol Airport enjoy a guaranteed available car with a driver. Midi Buses and Coaches bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon request. Bookings made within 48 hours of departure will be diligently processed, and if availability is an issue, we’ll refund and cancel the reservation.
In case of unavailability, alternative vehicle options will be proposed, with an attempt to contact you for confirmation. If unreachable, the alternative vehicle will be dispatched for your pick-up. Flexibility is offered for sedan and minivan reservations, allowing changes without extra charges at least 8 days prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
For midi Buses and Coaches, changes are accommodated without additional costs at least 23 days in advance. We strive to facilitate changes at no extra expense whenever possible.
Responsibilities and Regulations
The lessee assumes full responsibility for themselves and their party at all times. Any damages to the vehicle caused by passengers will be the financial responsibility of the lessee. Smoking or drug use is strictly prohibited within our vehicles. Consumption of personal food or beverages is not permitted in any of our vehicles. In the event of a passenger falling ill and causing any form of disruption, Luxury Transfer Services reserves the right to impose a cleaning fee of a minimum of €250. Additional costs may apply based on the specific vehicle hired.
Arrival Guidelines
Upon your airport arrival, kindly activate your mobile phone. Our chauffeur will send you a text message specifying the meeting point. In the event of difficulty locating our chauffeur or establishing contact, we urge you to promptly reach out to Luxury Transfer Services. Should your flight experience delays, please notify us immediately to ensure timely pick-up at the updated arrival time, free of any extra charges (up to 5 hours). A €70 surcharge applies for delays exceeding 5 hours from the original arrival time.
For alterations to your flight details, such as changes in flight number or rescheduled dates, please promptly inform Luxury Transfer Services. Any cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the initial departure date and time are non-refundable.
Luxury Transfers
Our pricing is applicable exclusively to transfers originating or concluding within Amsterdam/AMS Schiphol Airport. For online reservations with pick-up or drop-off points beyond Amsterdam or AMS Schiphol Airport, additional charges for extra kilometers/time from Amsterdam to the pick-up location will apply. In the case of an extra stop during a transfer, an additional fee of at least €45 (varies by the vehicle type and duration of the stop) will be incurred.
Allowance for Waiting
Upon the arrival of International and European flights, a grace period of 70 minutes is provided at no extra cost following the plane’s landing. Subsequently, a supplementary fee of at least €50 (dependent on the duration of our driver’s wait) will be applied.
For city transfers or journeys to the airport, a complimentary waiting period of 15 minutes is included post the scheduled departure time. Beyond this period, an extra charge of a minimum of €30 (varies based on our driver’s waiting duration) will be levied.
Customized Hourly Service
Our Luxury Transfer Services offer a flexible Hourly/As Directed option with a minimum booking duration of 3 hours, measured from our base in Amsterdam to our Amsterdam garage.
Enjoy a complimentary 30-kilometer allowance for each hour booked. For instance, a 4-hour reservation grants you 120 km of free travel. Subsequently, extra kilometers are subject to an additional charge, varying based on the selected vehicle.
Should your Hourly/As Directed service conclude in a city other than Amsterdam or AMS Schiphol Airport, we will apply charges for the return journey’s extra kilometers/hours back to Amsterdam.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the realm of Luxury Transfer Services, we acknowledge that circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure, may lead to delays, alterations, or service cancellations. Instances include accidents involving third parties along the transfer route, unforeseen traffic congestion, sudden vehicle breakdowns, police checkpoints, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions, and more.
We want to clarify that any errors originating from our subcontractors are not within the purview of responsibility for Luxury Transfer Services. Furthermore, any costs incurred due to cancellations prompted by force majeure are not the liability of Luxury Transfer Services.
Misplaced Belongings
Luxury Transfer Services cannot be held accountable for any items left behind in our vehicles.
Cancellations
If you cancel a minimum of 7 days before the scheduled departure, no cancellation fee will be applied. Cancelling between 2-7 days incurs a 50% cancellation fee, and within 2 days results in a 100% fee.
For midi buses and Coaches:
• No cancellation fee if you cancel before 23 days of the scheduled pick-up.
• 50% fee for cancellations between 14 – 22 days before the scheduled pick-up.
• 75% fee for cancellations between 3 – 14 days before the scheduled pick-up.
• 100% fee for cancellations within 3 days of the scheduled pick-up.
We cannot refund pre-purchased entrance tickets or other items. Overnight(s) booked in advance for the driver are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be communicated via email to be valid. Luxury Travel Services reserves the right to cancel reservations due to system errors or force majeure without penalty. Refunds, when applicable, are not higher than the reservation amount and incur a 3% handling fee.
No Show Policy
If a No Show occurs, the entire amount will be deducted, and no refunds will be issued.
For Airport pick-up transfers, a no-show is applied 15 minutes after your baggage is processed, and you’re not at the arrival halls/gate.
For city transfers, a no-show is applicable 30 minutes after the scheduled departure time if you are not at the designated pick-up address.
Discount Codes
Discount codes are applicable solely to the service explicitly approved by Luxury Transfer Services.
Any fraudulent activity will result in the cancellation of the booking.
Vehicles
Luxury Transfer Services assures continuous monitoring of vehicles to minimize the risk of breakdowns.
If a breakdown occurs preventing the vehicle from continuing, Luxury Transfer Services will either arrange an alternative vehicle or compensate the tenant for the remaining portion of the ride.
Our commitment is to consistently offer Mercedes vehicles. In cases where a Mercedes is unavailable for any reason, Luxury Transfer Services will provide a vehicle of equal standard to ensure a seamless experience.
Rates
Luxury Transfer Services provides all-inclusive rates, covering local taxes, a personalized meet & greet at the Airport with a nameplate, complimentary onboard wifi, and bottled water. Note that our rates exclude a 9% VAT.
We pride ourselves on transparency, with no additional charges for administration, Airport or city parking, fuel surcharges, gratuity, or State sales taxes. Parking costs for Mercedes Sprinter buses and Touring Coaches may apply in specific cases.
Please be aware that rates do not include the driver’s meals, dinner, or overnight stays. Charges for lunch and dinner are applicable only for bookings extending beyond 8 hours. A night surcharge of 15% is applicable from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM.
Payments
To avail of our luxury transfer services, a prepayment is a prerequisite. Payments are accepted via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, Ideal, invoicing, or on account (exclusive to regular customers).
For bank transfers, the full amount must be received without shared bank costs.
Please note that a 3% additional fee applies to payments made through credit cards or PayPal when utilizing our luxury transfer services.
Punctuality Assurance
Rest assured with our commitment to a 100% on-time pickup guarantee. If your driver exceeds a 15-minute delay, you are entitled to either a 50% discount on your transfer (capped at €50) or an additional hour for free on your sightseeing tour or hourly service (excluding force majeure situations).
Exceptions include:
• Force Majeure, defined in Article 8.
• Bookings made by our partners for midi Buses or Coaches.
Privacy Assurance
Luxury Transfer Services aligns with GDPR legislation, ensuring that only essential data is processed to deliver an outstanding service. We handle your information with meticulous care, emphasizing that it is never utilized for third-party sales.
Copyright Protection
Luxury Transfer Services strictly prohibits third parties from using and/or reproducing texts and/or photos from the website. Any unauthorized use is strictly forbidden, and legal action will be pursued in cases of misuse.
